Oceans EXP is an authorized FedEx shipper for all online shipping orders. Shipping and handling rates will vary based on location, number of product, and the size/weight of your order. Rates will also change as expedited shipping methods are selected.

Please allow two full Business Days for processing, and understand any FedEx shipments, including FedEx Overnight purchased on Friday, will not arrive until the following Monday.  There are no Saturday or Sunday deliveries if an item leaves our store on a Friday.

Tracking: Once the order has been placed, an itemized invoice and tracking number will be emailed for your records.

Packaging: Packaging depends on amount purchased.

Returns: Unused products can be returned within 30 days of day of purchase. There is a 15% restocking fee for unused items in complete and undamaged packaging. There is a 25% restocking fee for unused items that are missing or have damaged packaging. The fee will be discounted from the amount due for refund. Used items can not be returned. Items for return can be ship back to the store, please notify via email with the order #.
